About me
Originally from the North, I now live in the South East of England with my family down by the coast. My passion for therapy can be traced back to when I stumbled across one of the very first episodes of Big Brother in the year of 2000. Every Sunday evening the show had a resident Psychologist and I was so intrigued by the idea of trying to understand other people and behaviour.

This interest slowly grew into choosing to study Psychology at both undergrad and postgrad level, alongside gaining clinical experience working therapeutically in the NHS for the past 15 years.

I feel honoured to be able to help people understand why they feel the way they do, make sense of what has happened and importantly find a new way forward together.
